Power supply for Ethernetmega

Post by kurogarasu » Fri Nov 17, 2017 3:28 pm

Hi everybody:

I am using a Ethermega with a shield for connecting 2 sensors a pH and DO one from Atlas Scientific and send the data via ethernet to Thingspeak, I still have to connect the temperature probe, but my problem is that when i connect a 12V 1A plug into the source the Ethermega is not connect, could it be because the Voltage is to low due to the shield and the probes? When I connect it via USB works perfectly.

Thanks ^^

Are you sure you have selected the correct power option when trying to use the DC input? You need to connect the 5V rail to the specific power input whether it be the DC input or USB input.
