Disconnect Eleven from Computer USB port

We are first time users. We have connected and run our first program. All worked fine. Now want to disconnect and pack up.
Is there a correct method for disconnecting the USB cable from the Eleven board and from Computer?

You can just unplug it.
As long as you are not uploading a program at the time nothing will be damaged on the Eleven.

Thanks for the reply. Nice to know we are not breaking anything. We will have a crack at the next project. Cheers mars17.
