Arduino controlled AC dimmer

Hi,

I'm after an arduino controlled AC dimmer to control a 240V 300W resistive load.

I want something ready made, I don't want to have to put a kit together.

I've had a look but can't find something that suits. Surely someone has created something that would suit :shock:
