Mandriva 64bit preference.txt not seeing /dev/ttyACM0

Post by AusMounty » Sun Aug 05, 2012 5:28 am

Just bought this USB Droid this morning but having some issues with connecting to /dev/ttyACM0.

I have read the documentation informing me that the OS should auto-load the driver but is it supposed to be using cdc_acm kernel driver or a different module all-together?

I am planning on using this to monitor RS485 signal from an inverter & send to a server via ethernet (once I have purchased the add-on).

Any assistance appreciated.
