Will the Freetronics LCD & Keypad Shield fit onto the EtherTen?

And whilst I'm here, will the Freetronics LCD & Keypad Shield fit onto the EtherMega?

Yes. The LCD shield works well with the EtherTen.

I was a bit concerned about the Magjack hitting the underside of the LCD.

It appears to have special long headers with that in mind. You can see it stacked properly in one of the pictures. There is a cheapo LCD on eBay that will not stack properly.
