RFID DOOR LOCK Shield eletric Strike

Post by hanish » Mon Mar 30, 2015 11:37 am

Hello, does anyone have a diagram of how should i wire an electric strike plate to the RFID Door lock shield? ( http://www.freetronics.com.au/products/ ... Rk0-47qU9d).

Also, should the 12V input go though a resistor first? if yes, which one?

Thankss   ..

Regards
Hanish

Strike plate connects to the strike plate output terminals, 12V in to the 12V input terminals. If you have a regulated 12V supply there's no need to put a resistor in.
