Wall adapter

Post by jsmiller12009 » Fri Jul 18, 2014 4:49 pm

I need a wall adapter for the display due to having a 1m ribbon cable. I understand it needs to be a regulated 5VDC capable of 4A. All 5dc4a adapters on digikey are switching type. Has anyone found a good inexpensive source to buy from?

Are there any Australia sellers you know who are selling the same?

Cheers,

Hi Victor

I know tronixlabs are a stockist of Adafruit locally so you could save some coin on postage, however you'd also need to grab an AU power lead from somewhere since that one's sold with the US style. They don't have that one (link to category) listed but I'm sure they could get it in if you're keen.

Cheers! Geoff
