Barometric pressure sensor

I have found an MEAS pdf that details how to interface with the MS5367chip via Industrial I/O (IIO). There is an IIO Linux driver for this chip.

Is the Freetronics Barometric Pressure Sensor Module circuit designed in such a way that I can just connect Gnd VDD and SDA and interface via IIO?
