PR28V PoE Power Regulator is it really only 1A?

I searched and found a EUTECH Microelectronics datasheet for the EUP3476 28V 500KHz Power Regulator chip, that I think is what you've used as the main component on your nifty little PR28V PoE regulator. The datasheet I found says the chip will support continuous 3A output current, but you advertise ...

Re: 3-Axis Accelerometer Module

Interesting reads, thanks.

I often recall that crazy episode of Top Gear where they partly succeeded in launching a "Reliant Robin" (small 3 wheeled car) as a rocket - it was quite an impressive technical exercise, apart form being totally hilarious!

Re: 3-Axis Accelerometer Module

very interesting, thanks jon.
I wonder what class a rocket is that can get into orbit (e.g. the shuttle) ?
It sounds like there's a "governing body" who defines the classes, do they have a web site?

Re: 3-Axis Accelerometer Module

I keep under-estimating the arduino, it even supports "rocket science" 8-)

I'm a complete noobie w.r.t rockets mysllf, but exactly what is a "class C rocket"? I mean does a rocket's "class" determine if it can be fired without permission from CASA.... oh, and NASA ?? :D

Re: can't read design files?

Problem solved by downloading as a ZIP file. I previously downloaded them individually (in Firefox) using right click> "save link as". This method normally works, but apparently not on github (the resulting file sizes were only 29KB instead of correct 210KB).

thanks

Adding PoE modeule to EtherMega

Since the EtherMega has a switch mode power supply and can work up over inputs of 7 - 28VDC, why does it allow for the piggyback 28V PoE module to be fitted?

I'm interested in the method / ISP hardware you used to update the bootloader.
Did you do it this way: http://arduino.cc/forum/index.php/topic,61776.0.html ?
