Re: LUFA 130901 DFU & U2duino update for 32U2

Recently (September 28th) Dean Camera has released an update of LUFA 140928. I've rebuilt the DFU bootloader for the ATmega32U2 and the U2duino project for the ATmega32U2 based on his new core LUFA files. Whilst there are NO changes to the code relating to Goldilocks, for either bootloader or projec...

Board setup for Arduino 1.6.0 and above

I've updated the Goldilocks support for the Arduino IDE Version 1.6.0. Unless you are certain of what you are doing, it is recommended to install the Goldilocks separately from your existing Arduino 1.6.0 installations, until you’re sure everything is working as expected. Download and install Arduin...

Re: New 1284P-powered board suggestions

I've finished the new layout, and updated the post here. http://feilipu.me/2014/12/06/goldilocks-analogue-part-6/ The board is more tightly packed than ever, but it now has even better prototyping and pin-out capability. https://feilipu.files.wordpress.com/2014/12/screenshot-from-2014-12-21-173610.p...

Re: Is Goldilocks not available anymore?

I think everyone (eg. Seeed, Sparkfun, Freetronics and me) have realised that using the ATmegaxxU2 as a USB-Serial interface is fraught with problems. Using a FTDI solution is in every way better. https://www.sparkfun.com/products/12757 http://www.seeedstudio.com/depot/Seeeduino-V30-Atmega-328P-p-66...

Re: New 1284P-powered board suggestions

Well, I've now got all the parts for a new Goldilocks Analogue prototype, and the PCB ready for the new design. I'm just awaiting the uSD Card cage, before the next assembly and testing run. A bit of a misunderstanding at Seeed with the PCB cost a few months. I was distractedly waiting for them to s...

Re: New 1284P-powered board suggestions

Geoff, Yes I'll put this up on Pozible once I've got it right. Its easiest to limited production that way via Freetronics. Most manufacturing won't do runs of less than 100. And I am relying on Jon's toaster oven (and hours of his time) to get the prototypes done. I'm working on the software now. La...

Re: New 1284P-powered board suggestions

Latest post on my progress with the Goldilocks Analogue.

New PCBs have been ordered, and hopefully some new prototypes for testing within a month or two.

Re: Goldilocks Arduino Board Profile Problem

Interesting. If so, not surprising. There are quite a few limitations in Arduino support of 1284p, particularly around Interrupt support, that have been found. After looking into the Arduino Github code, I realise there is nothing obvious that differentiates across the various MCU types in the Strin...
