Re: Weather Station - Jaycar XC-0348

I just checked the lucsmall www site. From his home page the links http://lucsmall.com/2012/04/27/weather-station-hacking-part-1/ http://lucsmall.com/2012/04/29/weather-station-hacking-part-2/ http://lucsmall.com/2012/04/30/weather-station-hacking-part-3/ all work. Note that the home page and the th...

Re: Weather Station - Jaycar XC-0348

an update: With some encouragement from Neil in SA, I have tried the code from lucsmall ( http://lucsmall.com/category/weather-station/ ) . This is giving me correct output now that I shifted the data stream by one bit. After a lot of attempts and finally having the transmitter and display next to m...

RTC module, RTC libraries

I'm trying to follow your RTC quickstart guide... 1) Extracting the Rhy's libraries and examples is not very clear. I've tried "Dave's data/arduino/arduino-1.0.1/libraries/rweatherarduinolibs/libraries/" and my sketchbooklocation ("Dave's data/arduino/libraries"). both ways, the TestRTC example fails...

Re: Help needed with directory structure

You're not alone with not understanding the directory structure!!

Anyhow, I think you only need Arduino.h (not WProgram.h) since version 1.0 of the IDE.

New Docs please...

Just setting up my USBDroid, and the docs say (point 6) it's ready shipped with the 'blink' application. When I plugged it in, no blinkin light, but Serial Monitor says: ........................................... Start USBDroid microSD card Test Procedure. Timestamp 208ms etc.... so there's actuall...

handbag on Telstra (ZTE) T28

I've downloaded two different 'handbag.apk' files, both give appear to install (unknown sources is enabled), but the screen says

" 'green tick' Application not installed"

Anyone used the T28 or had similar problems?

Re: USB DROID & LCD / KEYPAD SHIELD

Horst, there's a link on the usbdroid page, basically there are two options. Cut a link on the USBDroid, or cut a link on the LCD shield and add a wire to a different IO (D9 is used by both the USB and the LCD) http://www.freetronics.com/pages/combining-the-lcd-keypad-shield-and-the-usbdroid#.UB3DPV...

Weather Station - Jaycar XC-0348

I'm working with a Jaycar XC-0348 (DIGITECH) weather station, but not making much headway on decoding the data. I've been browsing around and find no reference to anyone else doing this, so thought I'd just put the facts out there in case anyone else was doing something similar. Some observations so...
