Measure twice, cut once. Measure the output of any supply first before onnecting and using it. It just might be the problem, not the PRV28. Also on the next PRV28, test it on another power supply first. Lastly, please dont consider either of the originally linked AC/DC power supplies safe for stuffi...

Sorry, but I cannot help either of you, but I have a similar problem......is this an EtherMega issue , or perhaps this is more endemic to the Mega family? New EtherTen and new 8 channel relay shield. Fired up Jon's test code to check it out and found that on reboot of EtherTen, either pressing the reset button or disconnect/reconnect USB relay 6 is permanently on. I can enter a number other than 6 and it goes out, so it's controllable, but defaults on...

Your success gives me confidence that I am on the right track.
Can you advise if your setup lines same as those I posted for the LCD and the ChipSelect? Any chace y might share some portions of your code to assist me further?
