Re: Arduino Due

I just checked the schematics. As I see it, there are two possible solutions (at least). 1. Work out how to connect the keypad switches to Aref so that they are automatically scaled to the range of the ADC on whatever board the LCD shield is plugged into, or 2. Design a "signal Adaptor" shield with ...

Re: Arduino Due

Thanks for that. I've had a Due for about three weeks, and have a project coming up where using the LCD shield will save having to have a PC to display stuff. I have an LCD shield that I have used with an Etherten and with a Uno, but I was not sure about possible voltage differences with the Due and...

Re: Phone charger for Power Supply?

I have been able to power the Etherten successfully with a 9V plugpack ex a dead wireless router and with a USB charger ex a dead mobile phone. The USB charger I just plugged into the USB connection on the Etherten.

Re: Eleven + RELAY8 = geek binary display

Haven't had any other problems, but haven't used it much - it's only about ten days old. Next time I get a chance to play, I will go through the code line by line and make sure there is nothing untoward there. Also, will check with oscilloscope to see where the output is getting lost. The fact that ...

Re: Arduino versus Eleven?

I have been using a Uno, a Nano and an Eleven with my Windows 7 laptop for the last two months. Serial communication is a constant problem. Changing boards really throws it off, but even when the same board is used repeatedly, it sometimes gets "lost". Sometimes this means that the port shown in dev...

Re: Eleven + RELAY8 = geek binary display

This works fine using an Eleven as the processor, however, the example in the Relay 8 quick start guide does not work with an Eleven, but will work with a UNO. Any idea why?
